What is Partial Knee Replacement?

Partial Knee Replacement, also known as Unicompartmental Knee Arthroplasty (UKA), is a bone-conserving surgical procedure that replaces only the damaged compartment of the knee joint while preserving the healthy compartments, intact ligaments (including the cruciate ligaments), and undamaged cartilage.
